Welcome to WeFitNest ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App, available on iOS and Android, operated by an independent developer.

1. Purpose of the App

WeFitNest is a fitness and nutrition logging application designed to help users track workouts, log meals, and manage personal fitness goals. The App is intended for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or fitness program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own health decisions
• The App's workout suggestions, difficulty scores, and nutrition logs are not medical recommendations
• The App does not replace professional medical advice

If you experience dizziness, pain, or discomfort, stop using the App immediately and seek medical attention.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to reverse engineer it
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Use the App in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others

4. User-Generated Content (Future Feature)

In future versions, the App may allow users to upload or share content (e.g., posts, photos, comments).

If and when this feature becomes available:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App
• You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

Currently, the App does not upload or share any user content externally.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

At this time:

• All data (profile, photos, workouts, nutrition logs, barcode key) is stored locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• We do not collect analytics, identifiers, or personal information

If cloud features are added in the future:

• You will be notified
• You will be asked for consent
• The Privacy Policy will be updated

6. Camera Usage

The App uses your device's camera for:

• Updating your profile photo
• Scanning barcodes to generate a digital key
• Food barcode scanning for nutrition logging (planned future feature)

The App does not store or transmit camera data outside your device.

7. Age Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use the App.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not intended for children under 13.

8. Account & Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally:

• You may delete your data at any time by deleting the App
• You may use Profile → App Settings → Reset All Data to clear local data
• No external deletion request is required

If cloud accounts are added in the future, deletion instructions will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App
• You use the App at your own risk
• Fitness activities carry inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your participation

WeFitNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
